[ikki OTSUMAMI recipe] Cream Cheese Cube GREEN




  • Cream cheese 70g
  • Dried green laver 3 spoons
  • Soy sauce 30ml
  • Sake 1 spoon




  1. Slice cream cheese in 1/4
  2. Put sliced cream cheese in a bowl
  3. Add Sake and Soy sauce in the bowl and mix well
  4. Leave the bowl for 20-30 mins
  5. Drain Soy sauce well
  6. Add dried green laver and mix well
