  Gekkeikan, one of the largest breweries in Fushimi, Kyoto, launched Sake brewery tour. You are required to reserve the tour on their official website and only 8 customers per day can go through the tour inside the brewery.

 LUDENS released new genre alcohol which blend Japanese tea with flavour tea, making people feel burning woods or bouquet. It contains only 5 % of alcohol, so easy to enjoy.

Red chili pepper make you feel drunk?

 Akari Shurui, the general alcohol manufacturer released 3rd challenge in their original brand [酔うシリーズ] (make you drunk series) [Drunk red chili lemon].

Patagonia food division “PATAGONIA PROVISION”

 Patagonia, out door brand, released their selection of natural wine and Sake in 10th November. They believe fermented alcohol reflects the natural resources, such as local climate, soils, water…etc

Summary of the world Sake market

On September, the result of Japanese Sake shows a decline. As you can see on area result, North America dropped in a large scale since the increase of interest. It seems there was an impact on reasonable Sake, so that average FOB went up. JPY getting weaker and weaker so it may be the time to buy Sake with a natural discount.
