Ingredients

• Sake 60ml
• Fresh tomato
• Syrup 1 spoon
• Mint leaves

Recipe

1. Slice tomato in 1/4 (use 1/2 of tomato)
2. Put 2× 1/4 of sliced tomato and 1 spoon of syrup in the glass
3. Mash tomato with a pestle
4. Add ice cubes in the glass
5. Pour 60ml of Sake
6. Stir the glass from the bottom
7. Decorate mint leaves on the cocktail
