Total exported volume and value August 2020
Total export volume keeps increasing and reached about 1,900,000L, which is almost same level to the last year. Including covid situation, it is in good mood.
Nevertheless, total exporting amount decreased to about 1,600,000,000JPY. It might be because an increase in volume products like Futsushu, Honjozo.
Exported volume by area August 2020
The volume increased or stays the same level in the world market. The growth of European market is remarkable, but as the virus is spreading again in some of the European countries it is difficult to see the data optimistically.
Export to Africa had been stopped since March 2020, but started in South Africa from August.

As comparing with the last year, Eastern and Northern Europe is growing very much. Even the last year volume is very small, we can say there is a potential of Sake in the world market.
Average FOB price August 2020
The average FOB of Sake export has decreased. Including the data upon, the biggest growth Eastern Europe market, the market is not yet matured to sell the high-end products so it might cause the FOB to fall.
Exchange rate October 2020
JPY keeps strong against USD, so gradually falls.
Against EUR, JPY had been weak but went reversely in October.
