Ingredients

• Sake 30ml
• Tonic water 60ml
• Lime
• Wasabi

Recipe

1. Grate wasabi (only need a pinch of wasabi)
2. Slice lime in 1/8
3. Put ice cubes in the glass
4. Pour 30ml of Sake in the glass
5. Put a pinch of grated wasabi in the glass, and gently stir
6. Pour 60ml of tonic water in the glass
7. Squeeze sliced lime, and put juice in the glass
8. Stir the ingredients once again
